Andrea Bocelli is set to perform at Pompei.

The tenor will perform two concerts at the Anfiteatro degli Scavi on June 27 and 29, 2025 accompanied by the Orchestra I Filarmonici di Napoli and il Coro That’s Napoli conducted by Maestro Carlo Morelli.

The concert opens in the summer season of the Anfiteatro.

In a statement, the mayor of Pompei, Carmine Lo Sapio said, “With the ‘Pompeii of great international events’, thanks to the two concerts of Maestro Bocelli in the Amphitheatre, the City is ready to be Capital of Culture 2027. With the magic of Maestro Bocelli’s voice and the evocative scenery of the location, we will guarantee the spectators – who will come from all over the world – an extraordinary cultural adventure, offering them to experience Pompeii with an intensely alternative, unique and unrepeatable emotion. Being a partner in a project with international media resonance makes the City of Pompeii rightfully part of the history never written and never experienced by those who preceded me as mayor”.

The concert will be organized by DuePunti Eventi with Klassics Music Management and Almud Edizioni Musicali, in collaboration with il Parco archeologico di Pompei and the contribution of Comune di Pompei.

Andrea Bocelli recently celebrated his 30th anniversary and released a new album Andrea Bocelli Duets – 30th Anniversary.
