Ana María Martínez, Janai Brugger, Nicole Cabell & Eric Ferring Lead Ravinia Festival’s 2025 Season

The Ravinia Festival has announced its 2025 season. Here is a look at the vocal performances.

The festival will present Opera for the Young’s “The Magic Flute.”

Performance Date: June 28, 2025

Marin Alsop conducts the Chicago Symphony Orchestra with Sutton Foster and Kelli O’Hara.

Performance Date: July 13, 2025

The CSO & Chorus will be conducted by Marin Alsop in Mahler’s Symphony No. 2. Janai Brugger and Sasha Cooke are the soloists.

Performance Date: July 18, 2025

Soprano Ana María Martínez and Pianist Kevin Murphy perform in recital.

Performance Date: July 30, 2025

Ana María Martinez will give a masterclass.

Performance Date: July 31, 2025

An afternoon of Art Song will feature featuring Fellows of the Singers Program.

Performance Date: August 7, 2025

Liberated Voices will be hosted and curated by James Conlon and Cori Ellison, with Fellows of the Singers Program.

Performance Date: August 9, 2025

VOCES8 will make its Ravinia debut.

Performance Date: August 14, 2025

There will be an afternoon of Art Song.

Performance Date: August 14, 2025

There will be “Schubert on the Road,” hosted and curated by Graham Johnson, with Fellows of the Singers Program.

Performance Date: August 16, 2025

The festival will showcase an afternoon of Art Song.

Performance Date: August 21, 2025

Händel’s “Alcina” will be presented by the Haymarket Opera Company, and Craig Trompeter will conduct it. Nicole Cabell will star alongside Elizabeth DeShong, Emily Fons, Erica Schuller, Eric Ferring, and David Govertsen.
