Dear Readers,

Over the course of the past few days, you may have noticed that OperaWire has not functioned properly. In truth, the website has grown so quickly that it was too big for the server that we were hosting it on. From one day to the next the website simply was impossible to access.

Once we were aware of the situation, we acted swiftly to fix the problem on Monday, but unfortunately there were many glitches with the new server that it forced us to shift over to a completely different one. That transfer process took a few days. Now the website is back up and working at a faster rate than ever before.

The situation happened so suddenly that it was impossible for us to make any formal announcement to our readers to alert them to the fact that the website would become inaccessible for coming days. We did put out messages on social media, though I am aware that not everyone was aware of them. We apologize for not communicating this in a better manner.
