The Americas Society will present a concert featuring several major artists from the Teatro Colón de Buenos Aires’ Instituto Superior de Arte on April 16, 2020 at 6: 30 p.m. EDT.

Among the artists to be featured in this week’s program are Oriana Favaro, Santiago Ballerini, and Florencia Machado; all three have been major artists at the Teatro Colón in recent years.

Favaro has performed alongside such companies as the Opéra de Colombia, Opéra de Reims, Opéra-Théâtre de Metz Métropolitain, and Teatro Solís.

Ballerini is a tenor who has appeared with The Atlanta Opera, Teatro Nuovo, Teatro Regio di Torino, Teatro Argentino, La Plata, Teatro del la Zarzuela, Opéra de Toulon, Opera Saratoga, and Canadian Opera Company, among others.

Finally, Machado has appeared with the Opéra de Lausanne, Teatro Solís, and Teatro Argentina, La Plata. .
