American Symphony Orchestra Announces 2025-26 Season

American Symphony Orchestra has announced its 2025-26 season. Here is a rundown of the vocal performances on offer.

First up is “Requiem and Revelation” at St. Bartholomew’s Church. Leon Botstein conducts Peter Cornelius’ “Stabat Mater” in its U.S. premiere and Cherubini’s “Requiem in C minor. Also on the program is the Bard Festival Chorale.

Performance Date: Nov. 13, 2025


Leon Botstein then conducts music by Dudley Buck, Wagner, and Harry Burleigh, and Bristow. The Bard Festival Chorale joins the American Symphony Orchestra as they take the stage at Carnegie Hall’s Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage.

Performance Date: Jan. 30, 2026


The season ends with a concert performance of “Der Freischütz” featuring the Bard Festival Chorale. Soloists will be announced at a future date. Leon Botstein conducts the performance at Carnegie Hall’s Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage.

Performance Date: April 16, 2026
