Amber Wagner & Michael Chioldi Lead Palm Beach Opera’s Historic ‘Falstaff’

The Palm Beach Opera is set to present Verdi’s final opera “Falstaff” for the first time in company history.

The performances will be performed between March 24 and 26 at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and will star Michael Chioldi in the title role.

He will be joined by Amber Wagner who will return as Alice Ford, mezzo-soprano Lauren Decker as Mistress Quickly, and Andrew Manea as Ford.

The cast will also include Andrea Carroll, Anthony Ciaramitaro, and Meridian Prall.

In a statement, Artistic Director David Walker said, “We are thrilled to present Verdi’s final opera at Palm Beach Opera for the very first time. Featuring a layered plot, lush music, and unforgettable characters, ’Falstaff’ is a masterful blend of comedy and romance – perfect for first-timers and opera fans alike.”
