The Teatro Auditorio de San Lorenzo de El Escorial has announced its 2020 summer festival.

The festival will take place starting on July 23 and ending on August 6, 2020.

For the purposes of this article, we will focus on vocal performances.

The first vocal performance will be from Ainhoa Arteta performing works by Turina, Toldrà, and Guridi. She will be accompanied by pianist Javier Carmena.

Performance Date: July 25, 2020

José Manuel Zapata performs a recital entitled “Del Reves.”

Performance Date: August 5, 2020

Joyce DiDonato will be joined by pianist Carri Ann Matheson for a recital. The program has yet to be determined.

Performance Dates: August 6, 2020

Other performers include Noelia Rodiles, Antonio Galera, and the Orquesta de RTVE.
