Operalia winner Adriana González has announced her debut album.

The soprano will release her first album on Audaux Records accompanied by pianist Iñaki Encina Oyón, who is well known for performing neglected and unknown repertoire. The album will delve into early 20th-century French Mélodie with a focus on the exceptional expressive qualities of husband and wife composers Robert Dussaut and Hélène Covatti.

González recently won the Operalia competition and performed at the Teatro Real de Madrid. This season she is set to perform in a production of Mozart’s “Le Nozze Di Figaro” in Nancy, France and will also return to Zurich for “Carmen.” She will also sing in a production of “Gianni Schicchi” and “Suor Angelica” in Tokyo.

The album is set to be released on March 6, 2020 on CD and streaming platforms.
