Adam Fischer Cancels November & December Performances

Adam Fischer has canceled his November and December performances due to illness.

The conductor took to social media and said, “Dear music lovers, Unfortunately, I have to cancel my planned performances in Hamburg and Vienna in November and December 2025. Following a serious fall, I am currently in hospital receiving treatment. Fortunately, I am doing well under the circumstances, but I now need time to make a full recovery. I apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.”

The conductor was set to perform with the Philharmonic State Orchestra Hamburg in a Mahler and Bartok program, and he was set to lead a Mozart and Haydn program with the Vienna Symphony Orchestra

Andrea Marcon will replace Fischer in Vienna, while Keren Kagarlitsky took over the Hamburg concerts.
