Academy of Vocal Arts Announces 2025-26 Resident Artists

The Academy of Vocal Arts has announced its 2025-26 Resident Artists.

The artists include sopranos Jasmine Ismail and Anna Thompson; mezzo-sopranos Dawson Franzino and Maiya Williams; tenor Matthew Sink; and baritone Ryan Wornall.

Ismail is a Manhattan School of Music and Boston Conservatory graduate, while Thompson attended Rice University and Eastman School of Music. Franzino graduated from Florida State University, while Williams is a University of North Texas and Stephen F. Austin State University graduate. Finally, Sink attended Northwestern University and the University of Nevada, while Wornall is an alumnus of the University of Kansas.

These artists will be featured in an introductory recital on Sept. 26, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. at The Church of the Holy Trinity in Philadelphia.
