Lidia Fridman Leads Accademia Filarmonica Romana Recital

Lidia Fridman is set to perform a recital on March 12 at the Teatro Argentinaas part of the Accademia Filarmonica Romana season.
The recital will mark her debut with the company and she will perform alongside pianist Liubov Gromoglasova. The program will include music by Tchaikovsky, Wagner, and Rachmaninov. The program will also include Strauss Lieder.
Fridman’s recital comes after acclaimed performances of “Macbeth” at the Teatro Regio di Torino. This season, the soprano is also set to perform “Salome” at the Wiener Staatsoper, “Nabucco” at the Staatsoper Berlin, and Verdi’s Requiem in Essen. Fridman is also set to perform alongside the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
