H. Paul Moon Releases Film Version of Händel’s ‘Radamisto’

H. Paul Moon’s latest opera film, Händel’sRadamisto,” has been released.

The live performance of “Radamisto” took place at Green Oasis Community Garden in  New York City on May 24, 2025. The cast featured Teresa Castillo as Polissena, Katherine Lerner Lee in the role of Fraarte, Jeffrey Mandelbaum as Radamisto, Hans Tashjian as Tiridate, and Kristin Renee Young played Zenobia. They were joined by dancers Adelle Lorraine and Patrick Pride, Jr.

The score was presented as a distillation of the original, created by Mandelbaum. Amelia Sie, Ryan Cheng, Kristina Giles, Serafim Smigelskiy, and Rebecca Pechefsky made up the Baroque Orchestra.

Marty Jeiven served as Executive Producer with Rod Gomez as Stage Director and Production Coordinator. Choreographer was by Julia Bengtsson and Ian Cheng Gonzales served as Costume Designer. Moon was in charge of Filming, Sound Recording, and Mastering.

Other opera films by Moon include Händel’s “Admeto,” “Orlando,” and “Imeneo.” Each Baroque opera was performed in a New York City community garden space.
