Aida Garifullina Announces First Cookbook

Aida Garifullina has announced the release of her first cookbook.

The Russian soprano announced via social media that her new book will only be available in Russian but she stated that she hopes it will be out in multiple languages in the future. In addition to her opera career, her social media pages have featured her passion for the culinary arts and it seems that now the soprano is ready to take this love to the next level.

Meanwhile, Garifullina’s vocal career has skyrocketed over the years, performing at many of the prestigious opera houses around the world and performing at important events. This year, the soprano performed at the opening and closing ceremonies at the World Cup and also performed at the France Independence Day concert. She also headlined multiple concerts with Andrea Bocelli and also performed at the Dmitri Hvorostovsky Benefit concert at the Royal Opera House. She also made her Salzburg Festival debut alongside Placido Domingo.

This season she returns to the Wiener Staatsoper and makes her long-awaited Metropolitan Opera debut.
