Bass-baritone Adrian Sâmpetrean will take over the role of Escamillo at the Opéra national du Capitole de Toulouse’s production of “Carmen.” Per the company, he will replace Alexandre Duhamel who retired Jean-Louis Grinda’s production for health reasoons.
