Soprano Lena Wu Headlines Classical Music Salon in NYC
By David SalazarSoprano Lena Wu is presenting and hosting a Classical Music Salon at the Hephzibah House in New York City on July 26, 2025.
The soprano will perform alongside cellist Leyao Chen, the piano-guitar duo Johanssan-Arias, pianist Alla Milchtein, and guest tenors Ryan Allais and Alonso López.
“The inspiration for this concert comes from the spirit of old-world salons—spaces where music was personal, heartfelt, and shared among friends. We’ve curated a program that brings together lesser-known pieces and familiar classics to transport listeners to another time and place,” Wu told OperaWire.
The program will include works by Poulenc, Debussy, and Bernstein, among many others.
