Orquesta Sinfónica de Minería Announces 2021 Summer Program

The Orquesta Sinfónica de Minería in Mexico has announced its summer program featuring seven streamed programs.

The final program will be the only vocal performance on August 14 and 15, 2021 with Haydn’s “Te Deum” and Mozart’s “Requiem.” Soloists will be Anabel de la Mora, Alejandra Gómez, Andrés Carrillo, and Rodrigo Urrutia. Carlos Miguel Prieto conducts.

The season will also include concerts featuring music by Ravel, Beethoven. Prokofiev, Ibert, Debussy, Barber, Vivaldi, Bach, and Copland. Soloists will also include Rodrigo Garibay, Edith Ruiz, Ana Gabriela Fernández, Janet Paulus, María Vakorina, Virya Quesada, and Shari Mason, among others.

The season will open on July 3 and close on August 15, 2021.
