Brooklyn Arts Song Society to Present ‘Histories VI: Goethe

Brooklyn Arts Song Society is set to present “Histories VI: Goethe,” the final installment of its Histories series.

The performance will be held on March 2, 2025, at Roulette, 509 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11217.

The concert explores Goethe’s timeless texts through the music of two of history’s greatest composers. The evening will see music by Franz Schubert and Hugo Wolf featuring selected Songs and lieder on texts by Goethe.

Soloists include soprano Kristina Bachrach, mezzo-soprano Sarah Nelson Craft, tenor Dylan Morrongiello, and baritone Joshua Conyers with pianists Dimitri Dover and Miori Sugiyama.

There will be a pre-concert lecture by Michael Brofman.
