Heather O’Donovan

New York-based soprano and writer Heather O’Donovan is a Princeton University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in music and a certificate in vocal performance.

New York-based soprano and writer Heather O’Donovan graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in music and a certificate in vocal performance. She is currently a second-year Master’s degree candidate at the Manhattan School of Music, with previous studies at the Royal College of Music in London and the American Institute of Musical Studies in Graz, Austria.
Roles performed include: Lucia in Nino Rota’s I due timidi; Professor Platt in the world premiere of Andrew Lovett’s The Analysing Engine; the title role in Victor Massé’s Les Noces de Jeannette; Drusilla in the The Coronation of Poppea; and Elizabeth Schuyler Hamilton in the world premiere of Flannery Cunningham’s Weehawken.
