Oregon’s Eugene Opera and Eugene-Springfield Youth Orchestras (ESYO) are teaming up once again to present “Opera is Instrumental,” a new initiative that offers young musicians an opportunity to perform alongside opera singers. The program this year will offer rehearsals of “Rigoletto” with such artists as Véronique Filloux and Bernard Holcomb. The company is set to present “Rigoletto” starting on Jan. {…}
