The week has been busy for the Ainhoa Arteta as she is preparing to sing the title role of Tosca.” The diva showed off some stills of the current production she is rehearsing and from the looks of it, audiences should be in for a surprise. Arteta performs the role in Australia before bringing it to Dusseldorf.

Dmitri Hvorstovsky

It has been an emotional ride for the baritone’s loyal fans as he has been in the hospital for treatment for over a month. However, this week Hvorostovsky shared a picture that stated that he was back home. It showed him and his whole family happy and many fans reacted to it in joy.

Olga Peretyatko 

The Russian soprano had a busy week performing Verdi’s “Rigoletto” at the Metropolitan Opera and she was visited by a number of legends in her dressing room during the second performance. However, she still had a chance to do a photo shoot with famed photographer Dario Acosta. The soprano returns to Rigoletto this weekend.

Anna Netrebko

It has been a busy week for the diva as she continues to rehearse for the opening night of Verdi’s “Il Trovatore” at the Vienna State Opera. However, she still had a chance to attend the opening night performance of her husband Yusif Eyvazov’s “Andrea Chenier” at the Prague State Opera. She also attended a banquet and hung out with Ramon Vargas and Placido Domingo.

Joseph Calleja

The Maltese tenor is looking forward to his upcoming role debut as Don Jose in “Carmen.” Throughout the week he shared a behind the scenes look of his costume fitting and the stage. He also showed off some views of the Chicago landscape.

Elina Garanca 

Garanca is enjoying her tour through Berlin and she took some time to show off her latest gowns. The mezzo was seen in a black floral gown as well as a red embroidered gown. Outside her concert life she also took the time to remember the 2007 gala in Baden Baden and reminded her audiences that she will be there this week.
