Ever wonder what the stars of the opera world wear on the fancy red carpets? Well, here we put together a list of what some of the opera’s greatest stars wore to the Metropolitan Opera’s 50th-anniversary gala! Check it out.

Anna Netrebko wore a purple Zac Posen Gown accompanied by the designer himself. The soprano has been dressed several times by Posen and they recently appeared together on a segment of Met Opera Live.

Meanwhile, Isabel Leonard chose a silver glittered Escada gown that she was ready to show off all over Instagram.

Sonya Yoncheva was dressed in a white Ellie Saab gown that she twirled all over the red carpet.

Renee Fleming chose Vivienne Westwood as her designer. The two have worked together several times and this time Fleming wore a black gown with red roses.

Michael Fabiano went to his go-to Jeffrey Rudes for a light blue tuxedo jacket with black lapels. The tenor was accompanied by Brian McCalister on the red carpet.
