For the past five years, Parisian concertgoers have been able to celebrate Bastille Day, with a concert at the feet of the Eiffel Tower in the Champ-de-Mars.

This year will be no different with Aida Garifullina and Joyce DiDonato set to star in the sixth edition of the event.

But they will not be alone in the celebration. Alongside the two international superstars will be Patricia Petibon, Philippe Jaroussky, Mathias Goerne, Renaud Capuçon and Katia Buniatishvili, among others. François-Xavier Roth will conduct the Orchestre national de France and the Chœur and the Maîtrise de Radio France.

The program will include excerpts from “Don Giovanni,” “Norma,” “Les Contes d’Hoffmann,” and “La Traviata,” among others.

The concert will be broadcast internationally via Facebook, though it will also appear on France 2, France Inter, and Culturebox.
